What Happens with your Complaint
An Environmental Health Officer will contact you usually within 48 hours to acknowledge your complaint and to gather further information about your complaint if necessary.
We will evaluate the risk and decide whether we would need to visit the food business.
We inform all businesses who have been reported but we will never give your details to the business. We may need to share your details and report with other organisations.
